This is the third and final part of my hypnotic lecture series on Subject Agency. In this series, we will prepare your mind with new skills and adjustments that make it easier for you to get totally mind fucked. Whether you are new to hypnosis, or a long-time mindless subject, I think you will learn something new. The goal is to create empowered subjects with enough agency over their minds that they can safely give control over to another person in further and deeper ways than they could before.

Part three, Submission is a Muscle, is more strongly D/s oriented than the previous two parts. We learn about how our feelings of submission belong to ourselves, and we control when we start and stop feeling those feelings, and to whom we feel submissive. We learn that our submissive feelings and hypnotic suggestions can be transferable from one hypnotist to another, that we can reject claims of exclusivity we do not want, and we learn how to redirect feelings evoked by hypnosis recordings towards people we actually know and do D/s play with, rather than the recording's artist. There are strong overtones of submission and obedience as being desirable parts of being a hypnotic subject, while also reinforcing that you ultimately own your own mind. This file uses the anchor suggestion to re-enter trance that is implemented in part one. 

I consider this series to be following in the footsteps of Chewtoy's "Hypnotist's Office" series, which is referenced in this file. His series is more oriented around increasing susceptibility to hypnosis, rather than subject agency, and is my favorite series of hypnosis recordings available on the internet.

This file is a collaboration created as part of the Hypnosis Haven's Hypno Script Round Robin event. The script was written by Willow and is recorded by yours truly. It's a clever and playful little session that utilizes your breathing to induce feelings of submission and obedience, since you have no choice but to breathe. All language is gender-neutral and body neutral, although the listener is assumed to already identify as a submissive who has been in trance before. There is a permissive post-hypnotic suggestion to occasionally take a deep breath, remember the file, and smile, at random occurrences throughout your day. What follows is Willow's description: "A light audio meant to relax you, draw attention to your breathing, and put a smile on your face. Direct suggestions, commands, and use of language implying submission and obedience on the part of the listener, but only because you choose to obey. You will be given some small, silly, gender neutral praise. It isn't breath play, as you won't be losing the ability to breathe, but you will breathe when instructed. Maybe you'll do other things when instructed, because you will choose to obey, or else have no choice but to obey. Now, doesn't that sound fun? I do hope you'll find joy listening to it. Note that there is no full awakener at the end, so it may leave you in a state of relaxation. You also might remember the suggestions after the file is done, if and only if you choose to want to remember them. This hypnosis recording locks your genitals in a psychic chastity cage preventing you from touching them or using them sexually. You can still use your ass and mouth sexually as much as you want, just not your genitals. The recording is gender and body neutral, so anyone should be able to listen to this. Before listening to this recording, please choose a small object to symbolically represent the key to your chastity cage, and hold it loosely in your hand while you listen to the recording.
The psychic chastity cage is fueled by your own sexual fantasies of wearing a chastity cage; and in addition to locking away your genitals also locks away your ability to be a top or be sexually dominant.

You are given three options for how long the psychic chastity cage will remain on.

The first option is to give your key to someone who will be your key-holder, and remain is psychic chastity until your key-holder returns your key to you.

The second option is to hide the key from yourself and experience hypnotic amnesia preventing you from remembering where you put the key for a fixed amount of time that you decide on during the trance

The third option is to put the key somewhere that you remember, and have the ability to unlock your cage whenever you want, but have your subconscious mind flood you with sexy thoughts about chastity whenever you consider it, in order to tempt you to keep the cage on longer. You might even find yourself listening to this recording again, instead of unlocking the cage. It's your choice!! One choice is just more fun.

This file isn't a traditional hypnosis recording. It is more of a hypnotic aesthetic experience. This file will brainwash you. It sounds like what brainwashing sounds like. As I count down, and the binaurals seep into your mind, you may find yourself in a light trance. Some people listen to this file while edging and watching a spiral, some listen while they drift to sleep, some play it in the background while they do other things. The suggestions in this file are simple and generic, to be brainwashed, to feel brainwashed, to enjoy being brainwashed, to be aroused by being brainwashed and around while listening to the file. All this file does is reinforce an existing hypnofetish and encourage ~feeling brainwashed~ and enjoying that.
