I really love this file--your voice is so soothing, and the whole visualization makes you feel so safe and relaxed. I kinda wish the music wasn't so loud, or that there was a version without the background music though... because your voice is so nice on its own. Great file nonetheless!

This is a terrific file! It's very soothing and relaxing, and it builds a very content sort of pup headspace. It's worth noting that the file ends with a suggestion that can let it work as a sleep aid, which worked great. The induction is also really great, I really liked the imagery as it went on.
