Welcome to Hypno-Files.com (the “Site”), operated by Hypno Enterprises (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, listening to audio content, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to register an account, upload content or make purchases on the Site.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for making sure your use of the Site complies with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms.

2. Personal Development and Relaxation — Not Medical Care

Purpose: The audio files, scripts and other content on the Site are provided for relaxation, self-improvement and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional care.

Not therapy or medical advice: Nothing on the Site is hypnotherapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, counselling or any other professional health service, and no file is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition. If you have a medical or mental health condition (for example epilepsy, a seizure disorder, psychosis, severe depression or a dissociative disorder), or if you are pregnant or taking medication that affects alertness, speak to a qualified professional before using hypnosis recordings. Never stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything you hear on the Site.

No verified credentials: Files are uploaded by independent creators. We do not verify or guarantee any creator’s qualifications, and creators are not acting as licensed health professionals.

3. Safe Listening and Assumption of Risk

  • Never listen to hypnosis or relaxation recordings while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
  • Listen in a safe, comfortable place. If you feel distressed, disoriented or unwell, stop listening, open your eyes, and take a moment to fully reorient before carrying on with your day.
  • Photosensitivity: the Trance Visuals feature shows moving, repetitive and sometimes flashing patterns. Do not use it if you have photosensitive epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing images.

You choose voluntarily to use the content on the Site and you accept all risk associated with any psychological, emotional or physical effects, including trance states, heightened suggestibility or unexpected reactions.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hypno Enterprises, the Site, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the Site or any content on it;
  • any physical, mental or emotional effects allegedly resulting from listening to hypnosis recordings or using the Site;
  • your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

As-is basis: All content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Exclusion of damages: Under no circumstances shall Hypno Enterprises or the Site be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages resulting from your reliance on, or exposure to, any material on the Site.

5. Uploading Content

If you upload audio, scripts, descriptions, comments or any other content, you agree that:

  • It fits the Site: content must be suitable for a general, non-adult audience focused on relaxation, self-improvement and wellbeing. Sexual, erotic or fetish content is not permitted on this Site.
  • It is not harmful: content must not encourage self-harm, disordered eating or dangerous dieting, substance misuse, stopping or changing medical treatment, or any illegal act, and must not claim to cure or treat any medical condition.
  • It is described honestly: titles, descriptions, categories and tags must accurately describe what a file does, including any lasting suggestions or triggers. Misleading content of any kind is prohibited.
  • No content involving minors: content that targets, depicts or sexualises anyone under 18 is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate lifetime ban and a report to law enforcement.
  • You own it: you own, or have the necessary rights to, all audio, voice work, music, sound effects and text in your uploads.

Moderation: We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, review, flag or remove any content at our sole discretion.

6. Purchases, Memberships and Billing

Billing descriptor: Purchases made on the Site are processed by Hypno Enterprises. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as HYPNO ENTERPRISES rather than the name of this Site.

Personal use: Purchased files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
