Then it works to instill those traits in you, so as to facilitate similar luck in your life, and assist in the functional integration of that goal. More effective to listen more than once, I'd recommend playing it at night, (not with earphones if possible,) on a relatively low volume setting, (the music should be a comfortable volume for sleep.) once in bed, ready to sleep.
