This deepening script takes you from a small hilltop down to the ocean, relaxing you with its imagery and taking you further into a deep hypnotic state. It is meant to be used after the primary induction to take the listener into a much more suggestible and mentally ready state. I use it right after the seven plus or minus one recording to prepare the way for my suggestions.
