It says around the beginning to "Let your mind wander." I seem to have a massive difficulty falling into a trance. Would I fall easier if I daydreamed while listening to this? Because i remember the feeling I got when I fell into a deep trance the first time, (for about a minute, can't seem to do it again) it felt like falling asleep, so I usually daydream to fall asleep, would that work?
