The \"diaper trap\" in the description refers to suggestion to wear diapers more often, together with the suggestion to listen over and over again. These are present in many files intended to be part-time. As diapers are worn more and more, the differences between the \'only when in diapers\' incontinence files and the \'always\' incontinence files decrease. Habits might change, adapting to near-full-time diaper use. Thus, they both might result in full time diaper dependence.
