BRAINWASHING - Unwind
19 minutes. Soft in tone, gentle and caring. Strong, positive suggestions, designed to be used at bedtime to send the listener into sleep, though that is optional. Fractionation with eyes opening and closing is used to rapidly deepen trance. A deep countdown, followed by positive, empowering suggestions of feeling safe, loved, owned and secure in yourself.
