Bedtime Induction

This is a nicely paced induction only file - lie in bed for this one, and get ready to use your imagination. You can drop your favorite suggestion files behind it - particularly good for participatory fantasies, stories, and lucid dream experiences.

Brainwave entrainment, a little music, single narrative track. I believe you'll like this. 11m, short and sweet.
