This is a very generic file that encourages dieting (of your choice) and exercising. It works better when listened to along with the file Lxndr Hypnosis. This used to be a commercial file, so the introduction before the hypnosis is kind of choppy as those references were removed, but the actual hypnotic portion is intact.
