Allows you to trigger a change in your height by a number of inches or feet. The triggers are "Grow (a number of inches or feet) Now" and "Shrink (a number of inches or feet) Now" When you are done you say "Revert to normal" to go back to normal.

I\'m skeptical at this stuff too, perhaps saying the triggers make you THINK you are a certain height taller or shorter

how is it supposed to work ? if you say e.g. grow 10 cm now then youll get instantly bigger or in a period of time ? and if you say Revert to normal then you will shrink again ??
