4th file in bodybuilding series...vision is important .. vision is required... a bodybuilder is not a normal person and society can be preventive you from reaching goals...however to reach the freaky bodybuilder status you must be committed 100%..this file first asks you to affirm that you really want to be that , then asks you to envision it... ( I had trouble with this part ..I recommend crudely pasting a picture of your head on a favourite pro bodybuildrs body..yeah it is crude but gets you a vision) then moves you forward to embracing the goals necessary for your bodybuilding dreams to come true...saying you are going to work out and follow a diet is one thing... embracing a lifestyle is another ..vision is important for the rest to work...so my files are induction, deepener,vision,workout,hormone, then finally sleep..thanks to all that I have copied from...( hope you are not offended and I am only adding to what you have contributed , not claiming I wrote it) show less

part 3 bodybuilding series\r\nthis is a modification of the sleep 4 hours script with couple of additions..\r\n1) it for 6 hours sleep... you need more sleep for healing as a bodybuilder...\r\nthis should give the equivalent of 12 hours which is good to fix everything you damage the day before.. trust me you need more as a bodybuilder and I really like this\r\n\r\n2) I add a suggestion for a dream of your future self flexing ...very important visualisation \r\n\r\n3)I crop off a lot of the initial stuff since this should be the last suggestion..and there fore you should not to get into the trance ...you should be there ....\r\n\r\nthis is my first real series post...I think it is working for me...\r\nlet me know show less

part 2 of bodybuilding series \r\njust a note on the recording \r\nthe goal of this script is to get your hormones primed for healing and muscle growth\r\nthe second part is to get rid of excess hair and start getting the effect of a tan..\r\n\r\nhormone manipulation in hypnosis is questionable .. and some consider dangerous\r\n\r\nin regards to \"can the mind control hormones?\" There are documented cases of hypnosis\r\neffecting stress hormones (how much is that related to a little relaxation \r\nand how much due to the sugeestion? you decide )\r\nAlso a woman with split personality had one personality that had diabetes \r\nand others that didn\'t ..so her mind was doing this... so I believe hypnosis can \r\ncontrol to a point , but I also believe it is limited to the normal bell curve... \r\nie hypnosis will not give you the effect of massive steriod injections ..\r\nbut where as hormones vary widely in humans and most steriod users are lucky if they \r\nget to the high end of the natural bell curve.. \r\n\r\nthen this should be equivilence of a decent dose....and relatively harmless\r\nthis is my belief and belief is important for hypnosis to work...\r\n\r\nIn regards to hair falling out .. in my case it seems to have increased the amount \r\nI find in drain in my morning shower so I believe it is doing something\r\n\r\nTanning is new... but I saw something that indicated some one was able to\r\nget a person to efect as if they had a sun burn... releasing melinatin is caused by \r\nhormones ..so why not \r\n\r\nI am an ameatuer so take this all with a grain of salt ...no warenty implied\r\nor offered.. use at own risk..\r\nlet me know how it worked for you show less

this is part of a 4 part series ...for body building...\r\nworkout is for focusing on the workout ...not a specific workout ...\r\nallowing you to enjoy it more ...concentrate on the important things...\r\nand to give you suggestions about a better workout...\r\none of the things it seems to really help with is the not having fatigue pain... \r\nenabling me to go further ... \r\nthis mixed with the rest seems to have help me focus and be a better bodybuilder show less
