I trance better to the binaural version, so that is the one I am going with. I haven't had much listening time, but that is starting to change and I am finally getting quality listening time. I am noticing my mind is a lot sharper, my focus is increasing and facts I know are coming easier to my mind as well as having an increased desire to learn more. This however is not exactly automatic, not yet at least, it comes with relaxation, meaning that when I relax and am not too frustrated then it seems to come easily. I am very eager to start listening to EZMEM but must remind myself to use moderation.
