I've been listening to IncreaseIQ and to what is now the binaural version. I don't want to overload my mind so I've been listening maybe one time a day, so far no huge changes, but I have noticed an increase in concentration and focus and I also seem a lot more determined to solve problems and problematic situations. My confidence in my mental ability as also increased, meaning that I now am quite confident that mentally I am capable of almost anything. I am going to decide which version of the file I will listen to today, how I will do this is to listen to first the binaural version then later the regular version, and I will go with whatever I trance better to. I will update with how the trance goes.
